These are the photos of the last day we were in Etosha National Park. These are only a few of the hundred's we took while we were there.
We were watching the Jackal walking around the lake and we were wondering what he eats.......
jackal stalking a bird
.........and he caught one.........
life at the watering hole
seeing the animals is magical
love the baby zebra's hair.....looks like it was specially cut for this look.......
these beautiful birds land carefully in the thorn bushes.
These two elephants were walking toward us to cross the road. The first one became aggressive as he came toward the car and we had to back up the road to get out of his way.
Note how close the elephant is to the car after we backed quite far down the road to get out of his way.
We love the herds of Springbok that we saw everywhere we drove....they were amazing and beautiful.
So when we drove up to another group of elephants crossing the road, Bryan gave them a wide birth especially with babies.
The final watering hole in Etosha........
So this is what a zebra looks like without stripes.....
We really hated leaving Etosha and can't wait till we can return for another holiday there.
